This committee serves the action of the Liturgy - reflecting the seasons, feasts and traditions of our Church throughout the interior of our Church, and the exterior of our parish grounds. Inspired by seasonal themes, meditation on Holy Scripture and artistic ideas, we contribute to the beauty and richness of our encounter with the mystery of God among us. The Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) is a celebration of the Liturgy of the Word (the readings proclaimed at Mass) specifically adapted for children. The children are invited by the priest to receive a special blessing after the Opening Prayer to go to a separate space with trained cathechist/s or leaders. There they listen to the Word of God in language and explanations appropriate for their age.
(Currently we are in need of volunteers for the CLOW. If you are interested please contact:)

Sacristans assist the priest and the parish community by preparing everything needed for the celebration of the liturgy, especially the Holy Mass and other liturgical events. Sacristans help ensure that all materials such as sacred vessels, liturgical books, candles are properly prepared, arranged, and cared for so that the liturgy can be celebrated with dignity and reverence. They also assist and supervise our altar servers.
