This is how the Prayer for Vocations program works: Every Sunday a family, a couple or individual that has signed up for the cross will be called before the dismissal of Mass (Saturday Vigil Mass and Sunday Mass) to receive the Vocation Cross.  In taking the Vocation Cross they commit themselves to pray during the week in the name of St. Joseph Parish for vocations and to thank all of those generously sharing in Church ministry and for the gift of sisters, brothers, priests and married couples. 

The Vocations Program provides an excellent opportunity for families to pray for Vocations at home and teaches young children to appreciate the value of the Priesthood, Consecrated Religious Life, Marriage and Single Life.
